Clients and students often tell me that they lack confidence and self-belief as such this holds them back from being who and what they want to be or do. The media seems to be full of information about confidence building and all sorts of ideas on how to boost it. With all the information out there it is hard to know where to start especially if you lack confidence.
Animals rule as far as I am concerned as they have been a big part of my life. There have been few times when I have lived without an animal companion. Animals have given me such amazing unconditional love as well as many lessons on how to live in this crazy hectic world. I share my life at the moment with cats, dogs, chickens, ducks and there were bees until we suffered a hive collapse this year. I have always had an affinity for cats and dogs.
Over the last few weeks I have been talking about hands a great deal within my teaching and therapy sessions. It appears to be the theme of the month so I thought why not write about hands in this blog.
