A BikeTumble (Dealing with the Anxiety and Fear)
I had a great break a few weeks ago in the beautiful My husband and I decided to take our bikes with us so we could explore the forrest on two wheels rather than four. We stayed at a great self catering farm called Church Farm run by a lovely couple with the friendliest dogs and beautiful horses.

In the last few months this topic about people’s perception of how emotionally strong that you are, has arisen with my friends, family, clients and students.

Retreat
Over the years I have often wondered what it would be like to go on a retreat. It was certainly on my “bucket list” of things that I would like to do. I am not sure why I have never got round to actually going on one till now. So many of us these days rush around with agendas and there always seems something or someone that needs our time and attention. During one of my regular chats with my friend Chris she announced that she was planning to go on a retreat so my desire to go on retreat finally became a reality.

When it comes to women, menopause and men the menopause can be a hard time for women but equally it can be hard for partners and the family too.
Assertiveness
Many of us go through life sometimes feeling stressed, frustrated, angry, anxious or even depressed. One of the causes for thie could be a lack of assertiveness. When our needs are not met or we constantly put ourselves second or can’t say no this can lead to many negative feelings and emotions.

Patience
Sometimes in our lives we can rush from here to there finding time just swallowing us up. On the other hand there are times when time weighs heavy and we are desperate for time to pass us by. The pace of life weather it is too fast or too slow can lead to frustration and impatience.
