Managing Pain
If you have to manage pain on a regular basis it can be hard on you both mentally and physically. I was diagnosed with connective tissue disease three years ago which can cause pains within the joints. Pain can cause sleep disturbance, lower mood, tiredness and reduce concentration to name just a few.

Confidence
Clients and students often tell me that they lack confidence and self-belief as such this holds them back from being who and what they want to be or do. The problem is if you start thinking like an old person you will become one. I like to think despite the onset of “aging body syndrome” (getting older)I still act and behave younger than I am.
