Pace for Living helps you to be mindful in your life and live in more relaxed and calm ways.

The approach used on this website is to make things as simple as possible without mystery or complexity, while at the same time having a bit of fun and a few laughs on the way.

Being mindful helps to calm the inner chatter and destress the mind. Why not take the journey into mindfulness and learn to deal with fatigue, pain, and stress. Learning to manage emotions, negative thinking, stress and pain can help you to find the way to inner peace and calm.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient system of natural healing originating in Tibet over 3000 years ago. It was rediscovered in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui in the late 19th century. He dedicated his life to the practice and teaching of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese word which consists of two syllables Rei- meaning universal energy and Ki meaning life force flowing and pulsating through all living things.
